1. Polyurethane High/Low-Pressure Foaming Machine
The polyurethane high-pressure foaming machine is a flagship product of Lingxin Company. It features a high-precision, self-cleaning, high-pressure mixing head that employs high-pressure injection and impact mixing to achieve exceptionally uniform material blending, with no residual material left after operation and eliminating the need for cleaning. Equipped with a high-precision inclined-axis plunger pump, it delivers precise metering and stable operation. The machine incorporates digital, modular integrated control over all process steps, ensuring precision, safety, intuitiveness, intelligence, and user-friendly operation.
The polyurethane low-pressure foaming machine performs the same functions as a high-pressure foaming machine: the raw materials are metered by two high-precision gear pumps and delivered to the mixing nozzle, where high-speed agitation by the mixing blades ensures uniform blending before the mixture is injected into the mold to produce the desired product. After pouring is complete, the equipment must be cleaned with dichloromethane.
