1. Polyurethane high/low-pressure foaming machine
The polyurethane high-pressure foaming machine is a flagship product of Lingxin Company. It features a high-precision, self-cleaning high-pressure mixing head that employs high-pressure injection and impact mixing to achieve exceptionally uniform material blending, with no residual material after use, eliminating the need for cleaning and maintenance. Equipped with a high-precision swashplate axial piston variable pump, it delivers precise metering and stable operation. The entire process is digitally and modularly integrated for comprehensive control, ensuring precision, safety, intuitiveness, intelligence, and user-friendliness.
At the same time, we have also launched a cyclopentane high-pressure foaming machine, which is designed to meet the needs of customers producing fluorine-free refrigerators, freezers, insulation boards, and other products. Due to its flammability and wide explosion limits in air, cyclopentane is classified as a hazardous chemical with a low flash point, high volatility, and a strong tendency to ignite and explode; therefore, stringent requirements are imposed on the sealing and explosion-proof performance of the foaming equipment.
The Lingxin cyclopentane high-pressure foaming machine features a dedicated anti-static safety enclosure, a gas concentration monitoring and early-warning system, an automatic dual-speed exhaust ventilation system, explosion-proof motors, anti-static grounding devices, and self-diagnostic fault alarm functionality, all tailored to provide customers with a safe and comprehensive foaming system.
The polyurethane low-pressure foaming machine performs the same functions as a high-pressure foaming machine: it uses two high-precision gear metering pumps to deliver the reactants to the mixing nozzle, where high-speed agitation by the mixing blades ensures uniform blending before the mixture is injected into the mold to produce the desired part. After pouring is complete, the equipment must be cleaned with dichloromethane.
These two types of standalone equipment can meet the majority of panel production requirements. If customers need to add special materials during the production process, we can develop a customized solution tailored to their needs and equip the system with a dedicated metering pump.
