Automotive Seat Headrest PIP Production Line


The integrated headrest foaming line consists of the following components: a gyroscopic positioning turntable, a three-axis robotic arm with a hybrid head, a high-pressure foaming machine, and an electrical control system. The turntable production line is used for foaming automotive headrests, armrests, and other similar products; the gyroscopic positioning system ensures precise alignment, thereby guaranteeing the reliability of precision injection molding.

Disc Production Line


The main production line features a rotary disc layout, enabling the simultaneous loading of dozens of mold sets per cycle and facilitating rapid mold changeover. It supports continuous, takt-based production, delivering high productivity and consistent product quality. The line is versatile enough to handle multiple types of foam products on the same production line, significantly reducing manual intervention, boosting capacity, and ensuring economical and efficient operation.

Automotive armrest foaming line


The automotive armrest foaming production line delivers high molding precision and uniform, dense foam, resulting in products with excellent comfort and close fit. It features a high degree of automation, stable and efficient production, as well as environmental friendliness, lightweight design, and outstanding durability. This equipment is suitable for manufacturing automotive armrests, center console covers, interior door handles, and other components.

Foaming Line Mold Change Station


The foam-line tool-change station features precise positioning and rapid clamping mechanisms, enabling quick switching between molds of different specifications and supporting the concurrent production of multiple product categories on the same line, thereby significantly reducing changeover time. In addition, it incorporates safety safeguards and is designed for simple, effortless operation, effectively accelerating changeovers, enhancing safety, and reducing manual labor intensity.

Vacuum-Mechanical Integrated Defoaming Machine


This equipment is designed for bubble-breaking in sponge products such as automotive seats, motorcycle seat cushions, household items, and furniture foam, and can handle both framed and frameless sponge products simultaneously. It is equipped with an imported vacuum pump and multiple parallel pressure rollers, delivering excellent bubble-breaking performance. When integrated with production lines, it enables continuous, efficient, and convenient manufacturing.

Circular production line
