Description
The two-component polyurethane high-pressure foaming machine stores Component A, the polyol, and Component B, the isocyanate, separately in two storage tanks. The two components are then metered by two high-precision plunger metering pumps and delivered to the mixing nozzle, where they are mixed via high-pressure atomization and counterjetting. This high-pressure atomization and collision-based mixing delivers excellent results: the materials are blended extremely uniformly, the cell structure is exceptionally fine, and the quality of the finished products is highly stable and reliable.
Wide adjustable ratio range (ratio can be adjusted from 5:1 to 1:5), no cleaning required, and energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
