Description
As China accelerates the phase-out of HCFC-based blowing agents in the home appliance industry, numerous domestic refrigerator and freezer manufacturers are racing to implement fluorine-free foaming upgrades. Cyclopentane, as a new blowing agent for rigid polyurethane foam, offers both low cost and excellent foaming performance.
Due to its flammability and wide flammability limits in air, cyclopentane is classified as a hazardous chemical with a low flash point, high volatility, and a strong tendency to ignite and explode; therefore, stringent requirements are imposed on the sealing and explosion-proof performance of foaming equipment.
The Lingxin cyclopentane high-pressure foaming machine features a dedicated anti-static, explosion-proof safety enclosure, a gas concentration monitoring and early-warning system, an automatic dual-speed exhaust ventilation system, explosion-proof motors, anti-static grounding devices, and self-diagnostic fault alarm functions, providing customers with a customized, safe, and comprehensive foaming system.
